THE PAINTINGS OF J.M.W. TURNER - FREE!
The artist J.M.W. Turner (1775 - 1851) visited England's North Country in 1825 in order to paint the fabulous countryside, towns and record the life of the area. Much of the same countryside is enjoyed today by visitors on our vacations - as are some of the customs which survive to this day. We are currently featuring some of his work in our fine art gallery
